The drunken killer thinks the life imprisonment is unfair

The supreme court in Beijing adjudicated the second trial of British Ferdinand car accident case in the Chang’an Avenue upheld the first instance verdict—-life imprisonment and 3.66 million Yuan.

Drunken Cheng Jia crashed a Fiat and a bus which caused 2 death when he driving a British Ferdinand at May 9th, 2010.

Chen Jia’s father thought the verdict was unfair and posted in the internet at July 12 to blame the judgment in the final trial and said Chen’s case should be sentenced as other car accidents.

The expert said it is different questions between Chen’s father’s subjective will and whether let the tragic accident happen. Chen Jia was truly drunk that night.
