The boss surnamed Chen, the worker is Tang. The cause of Chen locking Tang with a dog chain is that Tang owed money to him.
Next day, the reporter finally found Chen’s workshop, where the door was locked.
The workshop was rented by a hot fix compny, where is on the third floor, and named Xingqi garment factory.
According to security chief of the hot fix compny, Chen and his family have taken away by the police after the accident.
