Yesterday, one of the Chinese trains enterprises claimed that, they will recall 54 CRH380BL bullet trains to analysis the cause of malfunction of system to make sure the safe operation. It is the first time to recall the bullet trains.
They said the recalling of the bullet trains will not affect the normal transport in other railway and the high speed railway. The Ministry of Railway adjusted the speed and frequency of the high speed rail to 66 pairs.
Luo Lin, the leader of the investigation team claimed that, it could certain that the system malfunction and the management of security and emergency reaction caused the accident. He pointed expressly that the accident should not have happened and could have avoided and protected.
