The traveling car driver was arrested and put in jail for 93 days by the police office in Guilin, Guanxi province in February 22, 2011. He was charged by murder and blackmail.
The police did not hold him according to the law, and in addition, the driver was not allowed to seek for a lawyer. He was sent free in May 25 and the police withdraw the charges.
