State Bureau of Letters and Calls ranks first increasing public funds

Central government departments released the three public consumptions near to the end, but the public still concerns on it.

Who is the last one? Whose public funds increased or decreased more? Whose number is the hugest?

88 central government departments have published the three public consumptions of public funds for overseas trip, vehicles and receptions, and official reception. But still 10 departments unpublished, which is Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of The State Council, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council PRC, State Administration of Coal Mine Safety, State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, Ministry of State Security and so on.

It is learned that some departments have not published public funds because of classified information, some because of business natural like State Tobacco Monopoly Administration or part-time office.  

However, an anonymous source said many departments should be open except few state secrets departments.

During those central government departments, State Administration of Taxation’s expenditure budget is 2.130 billion yuan, ranking first and is three times than General Administration of Custom’s 512 million yuan. The hugest budgets are mainly caused by large agency system.

According to per capita cost, the State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development ranks first in 10,816 yuan. But the State Bureau for Letters and Calls increased fund came in first.
