About 15:30 on July 14, a broken wires fall into Bohai pool in Tianjin Heibei District. Ming Jin fell in a faint on the spot in the water. Her husband, her sister’s boyfriend and also an elder who rescued Ming Jin were killed by the power in the accident. The electric shock injured many people.
