The US Navy said that because of “maintenance issues” there will be no longer be American aircraft carriers stationed in this region for the rest of the fall, or maybe longer, and that the Theodore Roosevelt is returning to its home port of San Diego, California.
But this is only a half truth as the Theodore Roosevelt, and its powerful task force, are set to join up with a fast growing US Naval armada off the coast of Australia, where they will then proceed to sail into Chinese territorial waters—and which China has not so subtly warned: “If the US encroaches on China’s core interests, the Chinese military will stand up and use force to stop it.”
