Israel Hits 50 Targets in Gaza, Qassam Strikes Ben-Gurion Airport

TCP : Israeli fighter airplanes launched airstrikes on Nosairat and Deir el-Balah areas on the dawn of Friday and Al-Qassam Brigades announced on its official website that they hit Ben-Gurion Airport east Tel Aviv with an M75 rocket, official sources told Youm7.

Israel announced a state of alert at the airport, according to Qassam.

Five more civilians were killed in the strikes, Palestinian Health Ministry spokesperson Ashraf Al-Qodra announced on his twitter account.

Sources said the Israeli strikes targeted Abu Madian Mosque in Bureij campin central Gaza.

Six Israeli soldiers were injured when 12 mortars shells fell in Ashdod City South Israel, targeting troops gathered in the city.

Saraya Al-Quods claimed responsibility of the shelling, according to Sky News Arabia.

The Israeli Army hit 50 targets during the past 24 hours, including hidden rocket launchers. Hamas claimed that there were no weapons there and that Israel actually aimed to destroy their farming lands there, IDF spokesperson Avichay Adraee said on his official Facebook account.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will visit Cairo Friday night with his delegation to meet with Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi over the latest escalation on the Gaza-Israeli war, Youm7 reported.

The latest negotiations between Gaza and Israel were held in Cairo after Egypt’s efforts to mediate a permanent truce failed.

A total of 2,088 Palestinians were killed and over 10,000 injured on day 46 of Israel’s aggression, Qodra reported on his Twitter account.
