Few Israeli Government Ministers can be considered honest people saying what they truly think. Fewer among them are brave enough to say what may cost them their lives. In the current government, probably only Uri Orbakh answers both conditions.

“The role of physicians and pharmacists is to save, not to kill,” he said.
Then he added a bit confused sentence which reflects the lousy ethical education of most Israelis, yet his intentions were positive: “In my opinion, this is a law promoting the killing of terminally ill persons that like many other liberal laws it is disguised as a humanist law.” His error is that humanist states and laws are invariably violent and intolerant, well within the realm of criminal. Yet, Mr. Orbakh meant well.
Death by Prescription is the name of the law proposed by Member of the Knesset Ofer Shelah, a Zionist-secular-humanist from the Yesh-Atid party. According to it, a person would be allowed to get a prescription to a killing poison. The poison will be taken by the person and the physician will not have any responsibility.
“Why would a death-pill be considered less a killing than shooting the patient or strangling him with a pillow? Because that is what happens in Switzerland?”
He went on mentioning that similar crimes take place with current fertility procedures which take advantage of poor women, who would do anything for the money of the couple unable to conceive.
“Life and death have become another consumption article, another service for a happy client. What happens with other values? They are presented as old-fashioned and slowing down life. What matters nowadays is self-fulfillment and the rest of the world can die,” he ended the interview with Chanel 7.
I was impressed. Most Israelis don’t know even what “values” mean; yet Mr. Orbakh is capable of differentiating at least between two types of them. That is probably why he was brought into the government.

Nazi Germany had a euthanasia program known as Action T4, a short form of Tiergartenstraße #4, Berlin, the address of the headquarters of the Gemeinnützige Stiftung für Heil- und Anstaltspflege (“Charitable Foundation for Curative and Institutional Care”).
Between 1939 and 1941, the official stage of Action T4, 70,273 people were killed at various extermination centres located at psychiatric hospitals. During the Nuremberg Trials, evidence showed that German and Austrian physicians continued the euthanization of patients after October 1941, achieving a total of about 275,000 people assassinated by the State.
Even Nazis knew that this was illegal. Action T4 began with a letter from Hitler issued in October 1939. The letter said “enlarging the authority of certain physicians, to be designated by name, in such a manner that persons who, according to human judgement, are incurable, can, upon a most careful diagnosis of their condition of sickness, be accorded a mercy death.”
The letter was backdated to 1 September to provide legality to assassinations already carried out by the state, and to link the programme to the war. “It is a wartime necessity,” was the Nazi rationale. Israel echoes this argument every time it purposely violates human rights.
The letter was the only legal basis for the programme, there was neither law nor Führer decree allowing it. In such a way legal objections were bypassed.
Hospitals, nursing homes, old-age homes, and similar institutions reported all patients who were claimed to suffer from a long list of ailments. Physicians systemically overstated the condition of their patients, who were subsequently assassinated by the state.
The assassinations were often kept secret; despite the program being advertised in general lines, quoting the high cost of sustaining people sent to euthanasia centers.
Hiding under claims of medical secrecy, the execution decisions were taken secretly, without the victim even knowing.
The cases were analyzed by a panel of experts, who were required to make their judgments solely on the basis of the reports. Examinations were not needed. Notifying the victims or their families was not needed. Over time, the panels became more liberal on their assessments, freely killing for the sake of state-sadism.
An important point to keep in mind is that most of the listed ailments can be easily induced or mimicked. For example, quietly persecuting someone and then accusing him of having paranoia is done easily. All Western countries have the needed infrastructure to perpetrate such a crime. Russians call this “Psikhushka.”
One of the reasons for the Action T4 Programme was to improve the Rassenhygiene, the Race Hygiene of the Germans, an idea implemented also through a eugenics programme.
How can this be illustrated? Ludwig van Beethoven is one of the most famous and influential composers. Some would be tempted to question God for Beethoven’s hearing deterioration while still a young man. After all, he was an extraordinarily gifted man. He became completely deaf, yet he continued to compose, conduct, and perform. God was teaching all of us a lesson here.
In the days of the Third Reich, he would have been defined as terminally ill and terminated.
In the State of Israel, the Dor Yeshurim Programme would have defined him as a maimed fetus and the abortion would have been forced.
In the USA, prominent politician Sarah Palin should be praised, after having decided to give birth to a child that carried a severe genetic problem and take care of him at her home. These children are often known as a “Test of Love,” and Sarah passed the test.
This definition of a deaf person as “ill” is essentially cultural. Beethoven’s deafness was one of the forces pushing him forward toward one of the peaks of human creation, for the glory of God and the eternal shame of Nazi and Israeli physicians. Not being equal to others does not mean illness.

Several years ago, I published Israel’s Eugenics Program: Dr. Mengele Blues, which describes the frightening “Dor Yeshorim” (roughly “Straightening Generation”) Israeli eugenics programme,+ which seeks to destroy embryos that do not fit the Zionist dream.
The program originates directly from the work of Dr Epstein, a Jewish aide of Nazi Dr Mengele (see The Nazi Doctors: Medical Killing And The Psychology Of Genocide).
Dr. Josef Mengele was a German SS officer and a physician in the Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau, where he supervised the selection of arriving prisoners. He continued his research on heredity in that camp, especially in the field of identical twins.
Less prominent in Israeli textbooks is the fact that he recruited a Czech named Berthold Epstein, a Jewish pediatrician to help him. The latter fully cooperated in non-consensual experiments on humans carried out in the camp. “Cooperated” is not the exact word to define his crimes. He proactively “proposed research on the treatment of noma” (page 296 in the linked book) and led non-consensual research on humans. Quietly, this became the basis for the Israeli “Dor Yeshorim” program, a clear example of that state’s crimes against humanity.
After the war, Epstein and other German Jewish physicians who moved to Palestine created the basis for the Israeli Health System, which is Nazi not only in content, but also in shape.
Years ago, I was the owner of a small booklet published by the Israeli Army Radio, through its Broadcast University series. The name of the booklet was Eugenics. It always bothered me why the Israeli army was so interested in educating its soldiers on this specific topic. Happily, I do not need to base the claim that Israel has a eugenics program on the existence of this harmless booklet. Israel openly admits that, proving again that every single aspect of the modern State of Israel seems to be related to the Nazi regime, be it identification techniques or the self-direction of Zionist evolution. “Homo Zionistic” is being actively created by Zion.
Israel has a eugenics programme and now is adding a euthanasia one. It has completed the coarse task of mimicking the Nazi inhuman health system for the glory of Israel’s spiritual forefathers. Heil!
Minister Orbakh is Naive

Minister Orbakh is naive. He assumes that the people working in the health system can understand his assessment of good and evil. Yet, none of them had been prepared for that. To them “good” means “hey, i have a new laptop;” “evil” means “hey, the bus left without me.” “Hey, hey, heil,” they add, unable to articulate more complex assessments.
The situation is evil. In the past, physicians used the Hippocratic Oath. Its content changed along its long history, but at its core, physicians swore to practice medicine honestly, in benefit of their patients.
In the early 1990s, Israeli physicians stopped taking the oath. It was a lie. They are civil servants working for the State and their goal is to minimize costs. This never works for the benefit of the individual.
The physicians behind the Death by Prescription law can easily be explained their evilness. They should be the first to benefit from the law. They should take as many death-pills as possible; doing so, they will make the world a healthier and better place.
Beethoven’s legacy will survive all the culturally-biased terror imposed by physicians working for illegitimate regimes.

Meanwhile, Mr. Orbakh, despite your worthy approach, you are part of an illegitimate regime imposing criminal policies on its people. Let me inform you about a text that Sarah Palin knows well:

+ Systematized in the second half of the 19th century, eugenics is the applied science which advocates the use of practices aimed at improving the genetic composition of a human population. It was derived directly from Mendele’s theory of inheritance and was supported for a long period of time by prominent Western leaders, including the British Winston Churchill. By the mid-20th century, eugenics became unpopular, because it was associated with Nazi Germany, specifically with eugenic policies of racial hygiene and genocide. At the bottom of this page are links to relevant and worthy books on the topic.
Eugenics is classified into positive and negative classes. The positive type encourages reproduction of the population designated fit, while the negative discourages reproduction of those designated unfit. Negative eugenics is linked to Nazi Germany, and as it will be shown here, to the State of Israel. By definition, and since its beginnings, eugenics is related to experiments on humans.
Until 1947, there was no code of conduct governing the ethical aspects of human research, though Germany and Russia, had national policies on the issue. What we call now Western Democracies didn’t care about the issue and in fact were great supporters of eugenic science. In that year, the Nuremberg Code defined ten points regarding the ethic principles for human experimentation. This was a direct result of the Nuremberg Trials that followed the Second World War.
The Nuremberg Code defined the person’s consent to be part of an experiment as absolutely essential, while the Declaration of Geneva issued the following year relaxed the condition to “if at all possible.” Defining the regulation of medical research, the Declaration of Helsinki was adopted in June 1964 by the World Medical Association; since then it has undergone various revisions, the last one in October 2008. Though not legally binding, it has been codified in the local legislation of many countries, including Israel. In such countries, a body usually known as a Helsinki Committee” regulates research on humans. Israel has such a committee in every hospital.
Important articles of the declaration include:
A5. In medical research on human subjects, considerations related to the well-being of the human subject should take precedence over the interests of science and society.
A8. Medical research is subject to ethical standards that promote respect for all human beings and protect their health and rights. Some research populations are vulnerable and need special protection. The particular needs of the economically and medically disadvantaged must be recognized. Special attention is also required for those who cannot give or refuse consent for themselves, for those who may be subject to giving consent under duress, for those who will not benefit personally from the research and for those for whom the research is combined with care.
A9. Research Investigators should be aware of the ethical, legal and regulatory requirements for research on human subjects in their own countries as well as applicable international requirements. No national ethical, legal or regulatory requirement should be allowed to reduce or eliminate any of the protections for human subjects set forth in this Declaration.

The important point to keep in mind is that since the Nuremberg Code until the last revision of the Declaration of Helsinki, the consent of the human participating in the experiment is an important issue.
However, what’s an experiment? In scientific research, an experiment is a method of investigating causal relationships among variables. They are used in both natural and social sciences. The last are notorious for field experiments, where data is collected from the general society, in many cases after the environment has been modified in certain subgroups in order to provide control and experimental groups. Invariably, some individuals must experience the test clause, the hypothesis the experiment is checking out.
This long introduction is needed in order to show that Israel openly violates the Declaration of Helsinki while performing negative eugenics.
Never in the history of this website, has collecting evidence been so easy. Israel’s illegal experiments on humans are reported regularly by the Hebrew media. Israel performs them openly. Let’s take a look at a couple of these institutional violations. Following is a very partial list.
In 2006, Four senior doctors at Kaplan Hospital in Rehovot and the Hartzfeld Geriatric Hospital in Gedera were arrested for carrying out hundreds of illegal experiments on elderly patients without their consent.
On March 2009, anthrax experiments on IDF soldiers were declared unjustified by a committee that also severely criticized the “shroud of secrecy” under which the experiments’ directors implemented them, and asks whether “that secrecy was geared at hiding the tests from the Israeli public.”
The committee also found that the Medical Corps and the IDF did not follow the guidelines of the Helsinki Accords, which has been regulating the procedures of experiments on humans since 1975. According to the report, enlisting soldiers under direct military authority was improper and ran against the principles of the Helsinki Accords. Are we witnessing a systematic disregard of human life by Israel? Did these practices originate with that state or are they part of the Jewish culture? Answering this is not difficult, this disregard goes beyond the practice of criminal medicine.
Never in the history of mankind was such a large and pretentious social (and Socialist) experiment conducted. Kvutzat Degania was established near the Sea of Galilee in 1909 as the first Kibbutz. Many followed afterwards and became an important part of the military machine that allowed the creation of the State of Israel in 1948. I wasn’t born back then, but I had the rare opportunity to grow up in a kibbutz located not far from Degania in the 1980s. I’ll skip the rudimentary socialist ideology preached there; it was overshadowed by other monstrous aspects.
One of the themes repeated to us time and again was that the kibbutz goal was to create a “New Jewish Man in the Land of Israel.” No one was asked his consent about that. One of the problems was that the adults’ generation was supposedly contaminated with reactionary ideas; they could not be trusted with children. Hence, children grew up separated from their families and were subjected to forced work in the fields from a relatively early age. Weekly meetings with people called “coaches” were used for our brainwashing with Socialist and Humanist ideas. God, Bible, and family were reactionary concepts. I expanded on this in The Cross of Bethlehem.
Was that an experiment? By itself, it was not. However, the kibbutzim were largely sponsored by the state; they were a way of keeping uninhabited lands under the state control. The large economical help of the state to the kibbutzim, even in the 1990s, testifies to this silent alliance. Thus, they should be seen as part of a larger picture including what is known as “Development Towns” (peripheral towns populated mainly with Sepharadic Jews), moshavim (a settlement similar to a kibbutz, but allowing some private property), and regular cities.
All of them were designed, funded, and studied by the state. In this large picture, the kibbutzim were part of a large group study. Social researchers plagued our school and were some of our teachers; they regularly described to us in the classes the wonders of their science and their social studies of us. Unluckily, neither I nor all other children were asked if we wanted to give up our biological family or not. We were in fact non-consensual participants of a large social sciences experiment. No other human society has ever performed this horror on its own.
At the beginning of this article, I claimed Israel openly carries out eugenics policies; these are related to various experiments on humans carried out by this state.
Dor Yeshorim is the name of a state-program which seeks to reduce the incidence of Tay-Sachs disease, cystic fibrosis, Canavan disease, Fanconi anemia, familial dysautonomia, glycogen storage disease, Bloom’s Syndrome, Gaucher disease, Niemann-Pick disease, and mucolipidosis IV among certain Jewish communities. The Israeli public must carry out genetic tests to diagnose these diseases early in the pregnancy.
If a fetus is diagnosed with one of these diseases the pregnancy may be terminated, subject to consent. What’s the State of Israel’s opinion on deaf people? Should they be allowed to be born? What about people with eyes too close to each other, or with small smiles? Should they live? And, while dealing with this, who can decide on this? Can a physician unable to differentiate between good and evil destroy someone else’s life on account of his or her genes?
Sometimes, the eugenics connection is in the background of an issue. IN (Minority Report: IDF arrests Palestinian prisoner released in Shalit swap, January 31, 2012), I reported on the illegitimate detention of a young man with no reason. Many like him are detained in Israel for years, being denied in such a way the right to have a family.
This is not a direct application of eugenics, but it achieves the same result: people not favored by the state are not allowed to reproduce. In the past, I commented on Yigal Amir’s difficulties on this, to the extent he was forced to pass to his wife in the meeting room of the prison a plastic bag filled with semen. The State of Israel never got the consent of its citizens to apply eugenics or perform illegitimate, non-consensual experiments on humans, regardless of their religion or ethnic group. These are institutional crimes at their worst.
