Home prices in first-tier cities stopped rising for the first time

The National Bureau of Statistics reported on Thursday that home prices continue to show a rising trend in first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, in July, but the four cities stopped rising for the first time, while the chain base index is 100, including the home prices of Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen stopped rising for the first time compared with the last month.

The data shows that the price of newly commercial houses in 14 cities declined down and is fair in 17 cities of 70 cities.

Compare to last year, the price of the newly built commercial houses come down only in one city, and the gains to fall in 26 cities.

For the second-hand house, the price falls in 22 cities, compared with last month.
