The flood has submerged 88 villages, A total of 2.09 million people from 43 counties were affected by the disasters. It was the biggest flood crest monitored since 1955, according to Xinhua.
Many roads into the township or cities were inundated. Residents in many cities can only get out by boat because the water was too deep.
