For the employed people who have pension insurance in Beijing, their old-age insurance can transfer to workplace to continue when they work in other provinces.
In accordance with the provision of the regulations, Beijing’s pension insurance couldn’t be overdue. If you have overdue charge, you must pay the costs before applying for transfer out. Or the time that has outstanding contribution will not be included in total payment years, and it also has some impact on your receiving old-age insurance benefits in different places.
Since last year, Beijing issued a succession of measures of pension insurance’s moving in and out.
From July 1, 2011, the staffs that transfer their social security to other places can apply for retirement procedures in Beijing, and possess the social insurance based on the regulations.
Beijing Bureau of Human Resource and Social Security defined the conditions of transferring social security, and the health insurance can also be transferred.
