According to some netizens, Lu Xingyu’s father is Lu Junqing who is executive chairman of the World Eminence Chinesebusiness Association. The China-African Hope Project is organized by World Eminence Chinesebusiness Association and the China Youth Development Foundation. So, China Youth Development Foundation is involved in the trouble.
China Youth Development Foundation responded on Wednesday that the World Eminence Chinesebusiness Association is responsible for fundraising for China-African Hope Project, and China Youth Development Foundation is responsible for receiving and management donations and the project. The cooperation is public nature, not commercial.
